Located centrally on Middle Street in Consett, CasaLingua’s upper floor space is comfortable, stylish and, above all, professional. Whether you are hosting a workshop, holding a formal meeting or you simply want a place to focus and co-work, our space is your canvas.

You can host a variety of events, including workshops, business meetings, networking events, creative classes, private gatherings, and even quiet co-working sessions.

Our space is designed for flexibility depending on your setup.
Approximate measurements: 6m x 6m. Seating capacity (tables and chairs): up to 20 people. Seating capacity in the cosy corner is for up to 5 people

Free parking is available around the property, with short stay and long stay options including Albert Road car park (behind Middle Street) where there are 3 hours of free parking

We’re open to considering most events, as long as they align with the professional, formal, or community-focused vibe of CasaLingua’s Space. Please note that loud parties, late-night events, or events that may disturb others working in this shared building are not permitted.

Property hire charges will be invoiced in arrears, with payment due 14 days before the booking date of the venue via bank transfer only

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate long-term or recurring bookings, whether it’s for weekly workshops, regular team meetings, or ongoing co-working sessions. Take a look at the membership scheme for preferential rates

Definitely! You’re welcome to add your personal touch, such as banners, flowers, or decorations. We only ask that you avoid anything that could cause damage to the space (e.g., nails, tape on walls).

This is a second floor space accessible only via 3 flights of stairs. Hirers are advised to visit the space before confirming a booking in order to assess suitability for the intended users.
